Leisure time is not time for punching the clock. It’s kick-your-shoes-off time. Spending time away from work, doing what you enjoy relieves stress which we all know can take its toll on both mental and physical well-being.

Hypertension, heart problems, depression, and anxiety are just a few examples of the health problems linked to workplace burnout. With all this being said, why leisure time is still a luxury for most?
